We will make a contract with you and a contract with the resident. This will help us take better care of your property (ElisolApartments does not deal with non payments but will help you evict the residents)
ElisolApartments will advertise your property for free and we will not charge you for finding the right tenant for your property.
Your property will be advertised with a small increment in the price that you set in our form.
If ElisolApartments find the right tenant for you. The difference between the price you establish and the one we advertise for your property will be taken as commission for the duration of the contract.
WE DO NOT CHARGE A MONTH’S COMMISSION, NOT TO YOU NOR THE TENANT.

The peace of mind of knowing that we will work month by month for you; why? A traditional estate agent, when it finds a tenant, will charge one month’s rental to the tenant and many others, will charge the said month’s rental both to the tenant and to yourself as owner as concept of commission, from this moment the traditional estate agent completely removes itself from all responsibility towards yourself, the tenant, and the agreements made. Not us, because we DO NOT CHARGE COMMISSION, we work for a small monthly amount, and if you do not receive funds, neither do we; this is our guarantee that you will receive a good service.
