Additional Services.
The cleaning of the property at your departure is included within the rent price. If additional cleaning is required during your stay, it would be available at an additional cost.

It is prohibited to leave food in the apartment. There will be a 10, 00€ fee for doing so.
Reservation and payment conditions.
The guest must be at leat 18 years old;
There is no minimum stay requirement to make a reservation.
Payment of between 25% and 40% of the total price of the reservation is required by bank transfer within a 24 to 48 hour period, or by credit/debit card.
If the payment requirement is not met, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
The client will have to pay for the shipping charges.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, a receipt of the transaction, including the transaction number and accommodation reference must be faxed to +34 963465219 or notified by e-mail at reservas@elisolapartments.com
In case of a last minute reservation, Please contact us. ELISOL APARTMENTS will confirm your reservation via email. If you paid with a debit/credit card we will send you a confirmation emal in less than 24hr. If you paid using a bank transfer we will email you with the confirmation number in less than 72hr after the transfer has been received.
We will not send a confirmation until all the required documents have been received;
The remaining balance we will be paid in cash or debit/credit card the day before arrival at the accommodation.
If the receipt from the bank transfer is not received within the allowed period of time the reservation will be cancelled. We will not send a confirmation until such receipt has been received. The reservation will be effective once we have received all necessary documents.
Security Deposit
The amount of 250 to 500€ will be held from your credit card(This amount varies by accommodation). The hold will only be charged if there are any damages to the property, or if there has been any use of the mini bar in the room. Please let us know ahead of time if you do not own a credit card.
This guarantees that the condition of the property is maintained.
The client is responsible for any damages that occur to the furnished property. This includes any damages caused by the client’s companions.
The person signing the contract or staying at the location must show a credit card and a valid identification card or passport upon arrival. This person will be required to fill out a form authorizing the charges on the credit card in the case of any damages or consumption.
The client will be held responsible for any damages caused, thus authorizing ELISOL APARTMENTS to charge the client’s card for the totals.
If the deposit is paid in cash (300,00 €), it will be reimbursed through a bank transfer taking no longer than 8 days after the stay is over. The transfer cost will be charged to the customer.
Proper usage of accommodation.
The address of the customer is that which is stated on the operative part of the contract ELISOL APARTMENTS only rents accommodation on a temporary basis. Under no circumstances will the stay become permanent.
The client must immediately inform ELISOL APARTMENTS if any damages occur to the location or any property within. The client will always be responsible for these damages before ELISOL APARTMENTS.
The client accepts and recognizes the condition in which the property is found, and is obliged to preserve the said condition for the duration of the stay.
The property is rented out in the actual conditions met by general status.
The client and his company must behave in a civilized manner and respect all general rules of cohabitation. ELISOL APARTMENTS has the right to demand the client to leave the premises if these rules are not met.
Silence must be kept between 11pm and 9am.
The organizing and holding of parties is prohibited.
Under no circumstances is the client allowed to have any flammable, explosive or corrosive material within the apartment. ELISOL APARTMENTS only rents accommodation on a temporary basis. Under no circumstances will the stay become permanent.
It is prohibited to use the accommodation in any shape or form other than that stated in the contract.
It is forbidden to conduct any activity that comes into contradiction with the normsof habitation, hygiene and normal public order, which prevents the rest of other users of the accommodation.
Any animal is forbidden without the express authorization of ELISOL APARTMENTS;
It is forbidden to use anything that significantly alters the consumption of utilitieswithout the authorization of the landlord.
The client is obliged to take care of the furnished location, making himself responsible for any damages caused to it by the client himself or by his companions. ELISOL APARTMENTS shall not be responsible for the reinstatement of any amount in thecase of any losses or deterioration of the installation or furniture.
The client is required to leave the premises following the rules of departure. The client must return keys and any objects or remote controls. Any losses will cause a charge of 96 € plus any additional charges in the case that anything needs to be replaced. ELISOL APARTMENTS can charge the credit card for the payments needed to compensate for the objects or damage caused. If the credit card does not have sufficient funds to make the payments then the client must pay the difference. ELISOL APARTMENTS reserves the right to charge for any additional services (see list of supplements) in the eventthat the assistance of our staff is required for lost keys, forgotten keys inside the location, or any other justified circumstances.

Lost keys = 250,00 €. Staff members must be present. ELISOL APARTMENTS is not responsible for any personal loss.
The client hereby agrees to the authorized entry of ELISOL APARTMENTS staff members to the location at any given time.
The client must leave the location at the time that the contract expires. Violation of this agreement will result in a penalty fee of three times the daily rent. The costs of any legal processes required including courts and lawyers would be bourne by the customer.
Failure by the client to comply with these conditions entitles ELISOL APARTMENTS to terminate the contract without any type of refund. Number of people
The number of people allowed in the apartment cannot exceed the number declared at the time of the contract. Violation of this condition will result in eviction without any refund. Hygiene at the accomodation
The accommodation will be providedto the client clean and organized. Please make sure you throw away the garbage and keep the place as clean as possible. Failure to do this will result in a 40,00€ charge to your card.
For reservations of 25 days or more a cleaning fee of 100,00 euros will be charged.
Upon arrival, if the accommodation is not clean and organized the client must contact ELISOL APARTMENTS within 12 hours and we will send our cleaning staff.
Arrivals
Arrivals come directly to our offices or the accommodation.
The arrivals schedule is the following:
From 15:00Hto 20:00H It is necessary to confirm arrival time before getting to ELISOL APARTMENTS.
The client must contact ELISOL APARTMENTS an hour before arrival atthe accommodation to arrange the drop off of keys.
If you are going to be 30 minutes late or more it is imperative to contact our agent to let them know about this change. ELISOL APARTMENTS reserves the right to charge additional fees in the case that this should happen without advisingour agents.
To arrive before Check-in time please get in contact with ELISOL APARTMENTS. This would be possible depending on the availability of the accommodation. Departures ELISOL APARTMENTS will coordinate the departure from our accommodation. It will always be before 12pm of the last day stated in the contract. If the client decides to leave earlier no reimbursement will be made.
If the client does not leave by 12pm of the last day stated in the contract, there would be a charge equal to three times the daily rate.
Changing the date of your stay
All changes made will need to be communicated to ELISOL APARTMENTS by fax or e-mail.
There will be an increment in price of the existing rates if there is any prolongation of the time the client is staying at the accommodation Cancellation of Reservation by the Client
Any cancellations or changes must be notified through email or fax.
If a reservation is cancelled, ELISOL APARTMENTS will reimburse the money that was received ahead of time as a reservation deposit, but will retain the following amounts in concept of compensation:
- 90 days before the date of arrival: 50 euros will be retained to pay for management expenses.
- Between 61 and 91 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the reservation deposit will be retained.
- Between 31 and 61 days before the date of arrival: 60% of the reservation deposit will be retained.
- 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% of the reservation deposit will be retained.
The reinbursement will be calculated using the price deducted from the expenses of the reservation and without adding any additional charges.
Additional services, obligatory or not obligatory, will not be reimbursed.
Any cancellations occurring because of events out of the client’s control: Airline industrial action, Rail industrial action, catastrophe, disaster, natural disaster, sickness, death, or war. Will not result, under any circumstances, in refund of the reservation deposit. The client must abide by the rules of general cancellation. Cancellation of Reservations by ELISOL APARTMENTS. ELISOL APARTMENTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation, particulary in the case of non-availability of accommodation. In such case ELISOL APARTMENTS will completely reimburse all monies paid and ELISOL APARTMENTS may propose alternative available accommodation.
Loss of the reservation and the advance deposit.
ELISOL APARTMENTS provides a period of 24 hours from the reservation arrival date for the occupation of the accommodation, in the case that the accommodation does not become occupied by the guest, the obligation to uphold the reservation shall be annulled.
This clause will not be applied in the case that the client has previously informed ELISOL APARTMENTS of their delayed arrival, in which case the reservation shall be maintained.
No refund or discount will be applied for delayed arrival at the accommodation, or for early departure Rights and obligations. ELISOL APARTMENTS provides all the relevant information for its clients. ELISOL APARTMENTS manages the reservation of the accommodation. ELISOL APARTMENTS writes the contract processes. ELISOL APARTMENTS verifies the condition of the accommodation at the check-in and check-out. ELISOL APARTMENTS organizes the payments.
The rental of the accommodation in name of the owner is effected in accordance with the contracted rules and judgements currently in force.
Responsibilities.
ELISOL APARTMENTS shall not be held responsible for any damage occurring in the accommodation such as flood, fire, explosion, theft.
In addition, EA shall not be held responsible in the case of a faulty heater, or in the case of lack of supply of electricity or water to the property.
Legal information.
The rental contracts are for uses other than housing.
Spanish law will be applied to this contract between EA and the client;
The Spanish judge will be the sole jurisdiction for resolving any conflict, even if the client should reside abroad.
The joined parts are subject to the jurisdiction and competence of the Valencian courts.
Equipment in the accommodation.
The accommodation is equipped with kitchen utensils, a fridge and gas or electric cooker.

Client agreement
Confirming reservation of your rental of accommodation with EA signifies understanding and acceptance of the current general conditions.
Arrivals day is any day you choose from Monday to Sunday, with an increment for arrivals out of established hours (see general conditions), and the minimum stay will be 1 night, except during special events, consult at elisol@elisolapartments.com
The sheets and towels are included in the accommodation.
Are there additional services?
Yes, some additional services are available if requested in advance. Additional services should be ordered with a minimum of 1 week’s notice before arrival via email at elisol@elisolapartments.com(Among the extra services that are offered are, extra cleaning, restaurant reservation, golf course reservation, vehicle rental, etc. )
How is payment of the reservation made?
A reservation will only be confirmed, by paying 25% of the contracted services via our website, without this payment, there is no reservation.
When will I receive confirmation of the reservation?
You will automatically receive an email when you make your reservation on our website.
What are the check-in and check-out times at the residence?
The Check-in time is from 15.00h on the contracted day, and the Check-out shall never take place after 12.00h on the day of departure.
Must I pay a security bond?
Yes, you must pay a security bond at the Check-in of 300.00€. The bond could be accepted in cash, or could be made using the details of your credit card to realize a retention which will be returned once you have left the accommodation.
Depending on the rented property the destruction/refund of the bond will take place 48 hours after the day of departure, although this act may also be delayed up to 14 days after the departure.
Cleaning.
The property shall be delivered having been cleaned. During your stay you can request extra cleaning that shall be paid separately.
Are pets allowed?
In the majority of the accommodation, pets are not allowed. Express permission should be sought from EA for the accommodation of pets. In such case a supplemental cleaning fee will be charged.
